At b project, we don’t do one-size-fits-all training. Every session is private, one-on-one, and customized to your body’s mechanics delivered by a certified b project coach trained in our movement-based system.

Personalized Nutrition Counseling for Lifelong Wellness
Nutrition counseling supports individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels in achieving a healthier lifestyle.

It all begins with a comprehensive nutrition evaluation, where a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) gathers key health metrics (anthropometrics) and reviews your current eating habits, lifestyle, and personal goals whether you're looking to lose weight, manage a health condition, or prevent future issues.

Based on this evaluation, your RDN will create a customized meal plan and guide you through practical nutrition and fitness strategies. You’ll learn how to make informed food choices that align with your goals and fit your everyday life.

Each follow-up session includes a review of your progress, including updated measurements, food and activity logs, and any challenges you've faced. Together, you and your Dietitian will problem-solve, set realistic goals, and continuously refine your plan to support long-term success.

This is a collaborative process focused on empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and support to build lasting healthy habits so you can thrive, not just survive.
