Our Services

Our mission is to provide an individual approach to physical evolution. This process begins with defining a person’s starting point. The b project methodology identifies each client’s areas of dysfunction, and develops a plan to begin self-achievement. We are the guides to function, transforming each client’s areas of need into a foundational plan towards physical health and progression.

Injury recovery at b project begins with an evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist and our Certified Training Staff. The evaluation consists of a two-part evaluation; the first part is with a physical therapist where they will assess and treat the problem. The second part is with a Certified Training Staff member where they will use instructions from the Physical Therapist to assess how the body moves/compensates in function using specific exercises.

This evaluation allows the Physical Therapist to organize the individual’s history, current state and goals into a specific plan of care unique to the individual. During each future session, reassessment of the client’s current state and session response will adjust the plan to help maximize goal progression.

b project Certified Movement Training Specialists (CMS) provide you the progressive path and guidance to build a foundation of proper body mechanics. The strength training process is not teaching to duplicate exercise, it is a process to identify dysfunction and provide guidance to mechanical progression.

As intensity, volume, and complexity increase in any training programming, Movement training instruction continues to police the level of technical ability. The push towards performance includes advancing usable strength, balance development, dynamic flexibility, postural stability, and expanding the speed/intensity of movement.

Movement Training begins with an Evaluation using the Movement Assessment, which is the blueprint to describing an individual’s mechanics and ability for performing specific challenges.

Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling helps people of all ages, social backgrounds and fitness levels and aids them in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. This process begins with a Nutrition Evaluation where the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will gather anthropometrics and review then breakdown a client’s current eating habits and wellness goals, such as losing weight, treating a disease or preventing future health issues.

The Dietitian then puts together an individualized meal plan and educates the client on proper nutrition, exercise and choosing foods that help achieve their wellness goals.

Every follow-up visit consists of anthropometrics, nutrition & exercise diary review and breakdown, identifying obstacles and strategizing solutions and goal setting. This is a collaborative approach between the client and Dietitian in order to optimize and develop a plan that promotes healthy eating and lifestyle habits that will last for a lifetime.

Each staff member completes rigorous in-house training, including manual therapy and movement-training techniques, and must meet core competencies before working independently. This ensures a consistent, high standard of care across our entire team.

We believe in progress not just for our clients, but for our team and our methods. That’s why we invest in ongoing education, evolving our services to meet the needs of our community and the demands of a modern, active lifestyle.

At b project, your goals drive everything we do. We're here to help you move better, feel stronger, and live fully.
