Movement Training at b project begins with an evaluation using the Movement Assessment, which is the blueprint to describing an individual’s mechanics and ability for performing specific challenges. Through Movement Training, the abilities of the individual improve to become precise and purposeful, translating back into overall function. The strength training process is not teaching to duplicate exercise, it is a process to identify dysfunction and provide guidance to mechanical progression. As intensity, volume, and complexity increase in any training programming, Movement Training instruction continues to police the level of technical ability. The push towards performance includes advancing usable strength, balance development, dynamic flexibility, postural stability, and expanding the speed/intensity of movement. Every Movement Training session is individually tailored to the client and one – to – one with a Certified Training Staff member.
